So it is different to del.icio.us which is based around links (where you have to be bookmarking a link to make an entry), this can be just based around text,...so it can be a link blog with more annotation, similar to a normal blog..or you can just post text like a normal blog (but you are in a folksonomy environment)

Other services similar to this are tagsurf, tagifieds, although all entries on these services have permalinks, and comments...haven't checked that on this service.
